6 Steps from fear to Pure Love
BECOMING PURE LOVE
Becoming Pure Love is a lifelong journey in which one must (1)become aware through discomfort, (2)fully take responsibility,(3)remove the love barriers, (4)implement guidelines, (5)implement moral values and(6) make choices to serve the higher good.
Guidelines= character defining attributes= loyal, kind, courageous, attentive, humble, honest...
Moral values= an ensemble of character defining attributes. Ex: Honesty + transparency + loyalty = INTEGRITY
Higher good= generating increase of life in body-mind-soul for the best interests of the whole - all inhabitants of planet Earth.
Step 1 / Increase of awareness through discomfort-crisis-trauma
Positive change originates from increase of objective self-awareness. It is triggered by experiencing the negative consequences generated by repetitive serving best interests of ego choices. These consequences translate into feelings of discomfort and shame that clings onto our whole being like a invisible heavy shadow.
Step 3 / Taking fully responsibility
Change-focused awareness propels us into the beginning of a journey called "fully taking responsibility" because to allow permanent change we must refuse feeling uncomfortable and take fully responsibility for being the cause of making the choices that make us feel so uncomfortable. Decreasing discomfort and shame increases the desire of feeling good.
Step 3 / Removing the love barriers
In order to become pure love one must remove what is in the way.
Once we work consistently on removing these barriers which all act in the best interests of self-ego we realize that only love remains which is about best interests of others for the greater good.
Step 4 / Implementing Guidelines to love by
Guidelines allow us to remove the love barriers. They are character defining attributes (attentive-kind...) that one wants to be aligned with in order to make love-based choices.
First we must comprehended them on a intellectual level. Second we choose the attributes we want to be aligned with. Third the consequences-intent of one's choices must be aligned with the principles of the attribute in question. When one is attentive one allows others to be receptive.
Step 5 / Implementing moral values to love by
Moral values allow us to remove the love barriers. Moral values are "ensembles" of character defining attributes that one wants to be aligned with in order to make love-based choices.
First we must comprehended them on a intellectual level and understand that choices generate consequences. Second we choose the moral values we want to be aligned with. Third the consequences of one's choices must be aligned with the principles of the moral value in question. For instance to have integrity one must make choices that generate honesty, transparency and loyalty.
Step 6 / Making choices with the Intent of serving
others for the higher good
To benefit the higher good one must make choices that generate increase of life in body mind and soul for the whole - all inhabitants of planet Earth.
Eating at restaurants or fast food restaurants generate decrease of life in body, mind and soul and therefore harm the higher good. High sugar diets causes diabetes or Alzheimer which causes caregiver dependence.
Cooking a low-carb and low-sugar meal with loved ones generate increase of life (wellbeing) in body, mind and soul for all participants and therefore serves the higher good.
How to become love? Making choices With the INTENT to serve the higher good
The foundation of Pure Love is fully taking responsibility for one’s choices. To take responsibility, one must follow guidelines/practice moral values which are applied to the choices from our daily interactions with ourselves and others.
Becoming fear = choices → take > give = selfish + lazy + easily-influenceable = rejecting responsability
Becoming Pure love → choices = give > take = follow
guidelines/practice moral values = taking responsibility
How do we measure love?
Love is an exact science and therefore we can measure love objectively. Giving is not necessarily love. The intent of giving determines the degree of love expressed.
Pure Love = giving with the intent of serving others for the higher good. Love is measured based on how much love the intent of the sum of one’s choices generates
depending on 4 types of benefits:
A- Benefits&Happiness of self in the service of fear/ego
= feeding of self best interest → regress
B- Benefits&Happiness of others in the service
of fear/ego: serving others to feed ego = caring how others see self → survival of self
C- Benefits&Happiness of self in the service of Love
= serving self for increase of life in body-mind-soul =
personal development/self-alignment → thriving of self
D- Benefits&Happiness of others in the service of Love = serving others for increase of life in body-mind-soul
→ thriving of others for higher good

What is the higher good
The higher good is the ensemble of the choices that contributes most beneficially to the whole and allows continual progress for the whole. A person teaching a man how to be loving by example generates more love for the higher good than a man teaching about being loving. One must consistently and genuinely practice what one preaches to serve the higher good in a sustainable manner.
Wholeness is the foundation of Pure Love. A whole person fully takes responsibility, cultivates personal development and is aligned in body, mind and soul.
One who is whole in body, mind and soul has the ability to continually expand one’s level of awareness in order to make the most loving choices.
A selfless person willingly and freely gives without expecting something in return. She is fully present and doesn’t seek validation, importance or attention from others. A selfless person is sensitive to the wants of others and accepts the choices made by others.
Self-trust is the foundation of Integrity. A person with integrity is fully committed to love by guidelines such as honesty, transparency, loyalty and equality. People with integrity are kind, humble and courageous.
A person with respect is considerate and acknowledges feelings and point of views of others. Respect originates from one’s ability to Accept others in their differences and allow others to evolve at their own pace while holding healthy boundaries.
Block 2 / SelflessnessA selfless person willingly and freely gives without expecting something in return. She is fully present and doesn’t seek validation, importance or attention from others. A selfless person is sensitive to the wants of others and accepts the choices made by others.
Mindfulness is the foundation of Balance and allows one to focus one’s awareness on the present choices. Focused awareness allows one to give full expression of every function found in body, mind and soul without giving an excess in any.
